Philip has 15 years experience in the IT industry. Striving to continually push the boundaries of modern IT delivery whilst ensuring customers receive the absolute best. He has a real passion for cars, wine and watches but his favourite thing is...food.

Ash

Ash joined us in 2013 as a Cable Install Technician. He has since moved into exploring wireless broadband connections to link local schools to our Data Centre without the need for third party providers. However, he is now our Project Manager and is organising and overseeing all of our installation jobs. Odds are, if you join AIT, you will see Ash at some point!

Adam

Adam has been at the heart of AIT for 10 years now and is solely responsible for ensuring communication is maintained throughout the company as well as regularly attending meetings with schools to ensure they are happy with the service we provide. Adam acts as a fatherly figure for many of the new starters at AIT which may not be too bad for him since he already has his own kids at home.

Jamie

Jamie joined the team in 2015 and has come a long way since then having progressed from being a 1st Line ICT Technician to now managing the support team as our Helpdesk Manager. Day to day he is always assisting our technicians in the field ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. If you don’t see Jamie around he is probably at Disneyland!

Fran

Fran is usually the first point of contact for our new Schools & MATs. She'll work with you during onboarding. When she's not working on developing AIT further...you'll find her baking!

Steve

Steve is usually one of the first people you'll speak to on our helpdesk, and always that reassuring calm should any crisis arrive!

Matt

Matt started at AIT as an apprentice and has worked his way up through the ranks. His dedicated and commitment to AIT extends well beyond IT...he even looks after the office fish!

Emily

Having just joined AIT, Emily has had such a great impact. She's also an avid baker meaning our office is always well stocked with goodies!

John

John oversees all our installations across our clients sites. He's an expert in getting literally anything up and running!

Josh is one of the first faces you'll see if you have anything installed on site. He's always happy and ready to help!
